This faculty was founded in 1985 with the services of the departments of civil engineering, mechanical and electrical. Added services of Electronics and Telecommunications Department of Applied Sciences and Arts (1996) and has five Engineering departments of Applied Sciences and Philosophy, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Director of Communications, Mechanical Engineering and Applied Sciences University. These units also carry out many projects sponsored agencies. The faculty offers courses on regular and continuing programs.

Its undergraduate programs include B. Tech. civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and communications and computer engineering, B Arch and ongoing programs for service engineers offer is under construction, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and Electronics & Communication. It also offers graduate programs, M. Tech (Electrical Systems Management), M. Tech (Environmental Science and Engineering), M.Sc. The Polytechnic offers courses day and evening for a degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and electronics and communication engineering.
